Electronic Communications
When you visit GoMeyer.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
As soon as you complete the check out process, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. Another e-mail will follow, stating that we are processing the order, or putting the order on hold. The final e-mail confirmation will tell you that we have shipped your order.
Junk Email
During the order fulfillment process, we will communicate with you by e-mail to update you on the status of the order. These emails may come from various members of our team. You may also be sent emails from the shipping provider you select during the checkout process with information necessary to be able to track your package, such as Quantumview@ups.com. Please be sure that these emails are not blocked by your junk mail filter. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, you can do this by selecting Actions, Junk E-mail, Junk E-mail Options, and adding @gomeyer.com, @ups.com, @fedex.com, etc.. to your Safe Senders list. You may have spam blocker setup through AOL or you ISP. Please consult your ISP for further information on how to manage your email filters.
Credit Card Transactions
Your card will not be processed if your billing address does not match exactly. At checkout we only authorize your credit card for the amount of the order. We will charge your credit card when we ship your order.
For security purposes, we do not save on our system any of your personal credit card information. This means that we do not have your credit card information on file anywhere in our system. From time to time we may have to contact you to request your credit card information to issue a refund and to add charges for changes to your order per your request.
Order Policies
We will only ship to the billing address on the credit card.
Due to the nature of performance applications (High Performance and Aftermarket Parts), these items are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. GoMeyer.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or sale of these parts.
Safety Information
The use of power sports equipment involves numerous risks of injury and death. Adverse terrain and conditions, poorly maintained equipment and the use of drugs and alcohol can increase these risks. ALWAYS use common sense when using any products purchased from GoMeyer.com. Always make sure your hardware is secure before operation. The equipment should always be properly inspected before each use, and should not be used if any parts are worn, damaged, missing or loose. Proper safety equipment should ALWAYS be worn at ALL times. Under no circumstances will Meyer Distributing® be held liable for injuries incurred during the operation or use of any products sold by Meyer Distributing!!!
